#5 Borg: I don't know if anyone has noticed, but if you look in the background, you the blocks that consist of that odd space station we saw a while ago and suspected it being Borg or not.
Well it's confirmed, its Borg. :p
As for the Borg itself, he's not your typical drone. He's a mean ****. I wonder if we could think of it as a Soldier class, like how Bees have the Queen, Drones, and Soldiers.
#4: The must debated new Intrepid varient. I'm still betting that's the Cochrane class and not an Intrepid with the Ablative Armor. Like I said in the other posts, if it's an Ablative Generator, having the escape pod ports exposed is literally having holes in your defenses.
#3: Love the angle of the Cheyenne (Dakota?). And I wonder if that hostile ship is a fighter? A Klingon Fighter? I'm tempted to think so, but it doesn't look Klingonish as well.
#2: Happy we get the first confirmation of the Keldon-class in STO.
Those screenshots look really awesome. The new direction the Borg have gone in is quite interesting - really slick, mean, definitely more evil. Plus that gigantic new arm cannon thing is pretty neat.
The impulse engines on that Intrepid-class variant are indeed ridiculous. They look like rockets. Plus, the ship itself looks unusually clunky. Yeah, its probably a sign of ship customization, but I wonder how far one can customize a ship class without making it look too far removed from the core design. I'm a fan of EVE Online ship design (most of it, anyways), and if they have something like the Gallente smoothness somewhere in there, then why not.
That so-called Prometheus variant doesn't look very Prometheus-ish to me. I don't see how it can split for multi-vector assault. I suspect that Massively just said that because it has four nacelles.
Any theories as to what that is in the very top-right corner of the Borg shot?
