A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Today the Borg do significantly more damage than they did last night... Obviously they have been ninja buffed as there was no patch today and nothing has changed on my end from last night til now.
Really wish devs would put this stuff in release notes or ask us before doing this sneaky kind of stuff. Doesn't bode well....
Hm? Well the unimatrix ships in Hive Onslight (AKA the lemming run) have used a Subnucleonic Beam. At some point something use Tyken's Rift. It was more of a shock that I got hit with a sub beam, or that a Tyken's Rift actually affected me then did anything useful (thus not a player used ability) .
Both had almost zero practical effect. It was more of a shock that they were used at all. Also, the romulans in big dig started heavily using ability that expose.
The AI has started making a stab at trying to be semi-intelligent again.
Edit: Also, all those changes could have edit been made server side.
