I'm a huge fan of the new fleet hull material. I think that in a lot of ways, it looks closest to the canon aztec hull paneling common on Fed ships. I'm currently using it on all the fleet ships I have purchased.
However, I was thinking it would be nice to have the option to use it on more ships. I realize it's supposed to be a "reward" and something unique for those who work to get fleet ships, but there are a number of C-store/special ships (such as my beloved Odyssey Science Cruiser, Vesta, Steamrunner, etc.) that are basically fleet level ships in everything but name. Since they are supposed to be top of the line, cutting edge ships, does anyone else think it would be nice to have the fleet material as an option for them?
Yeah, I'd love to see the fleet material on my Chimera and Peghqu'.
The Veteran ships aren't exactly fleet-level- they only have nine consoles- so perhaps fleet versions of them will someday appear. But if not, a material unlock would be appreciated.
