UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
do not answer it if you get it . my brother who has a life time acc who has been a lifer from day one of the first betas cant play the game now cause he got picked to answer the survey . and can cause every time he opens the launcher to start the game the survey pops up and opens a window and opens another window and a another and a another and a another and another and a another .................ect pw says its his pc its not his pc its a high end gaming rig custom built . if some one from the dev team sees this post please help hes about ready to quit playing sto because of a out sourced stupid survey he cant answer . this is no way to treat lifers. thanks for any help peace
