Am I doing something wrong? I was able to complete all elite stfs optional objectives, so when I go to customize my omega gear and make it awesome, there's no option to put on a helmet! I think it looks odd walking around with no helmet, is there an option to add one?
Do you have the MK XII set? If so the helmet is equipped when you select to show armor visuals on your characters rag doll screen.
Most people have it turned off since standard armors are fugly and you get the MACO/Omega uniform unlock through the tailor but the helmet only shows if you turn armor visuals on for the MK XII set.
The helmet is unlocked by purchasing Costume Type 2 or 3 in Tier 5 Omega Reputation, now. Type 2 unlocks with Omega Mk XII, Type 3 unlocks with Mk XII and the optional objectives. MACO/KHG outfits also have a Type 4 that unlocks when you get the Adapted Mk XII set.
You give yourself a helmet by going to your "head" options in the tailor. There should be a bar that says "humanoid" drop it down and there should be a helmet option there.
