I know that all the devs are quite busy. But I'm just curious if we might see it put back in the game in the relative future. If not, then I hope to see it in May.

I would also like an update on the flamethrower.

This is effin' ridiculous. This damn thing was the only reason I even bothered with Romulan reputation. I'm tired of waiting for it. Just what the hell was wrong with it? They could at least tell us what it was that took them about 2-3 months to sort out.

Is there a post where they talked about this? Balance issues? Is it overpowered? Not very useful against the Borg? Framerate problems (even though the flamethrower turret isn't too bad)? C'mon Cryptic.

The issue with it is that it causes lag. The turret doesn't use it that much so might have to use 3 or more Romulan turrets to get any noticeable lag.

I wouldn't mind seeing it either.

Some kind of update on this would be nice.

There are still some issues with it, unfortunately, and the team is working to resolve them. Its current iteration is on Tribble for testing, but as you can tell (try giving one to each of your BOFFs on an away mission oO) there are some more updates it needs before it can go live. I don't have an ETA, but I check in often If there are more updates, we'll provide them.
