The Kumari line is already a Fleet-grade ship. Note: 10 consoles. Same with the Ody and Vesta. You won't see Fleet versions of them either.

They look good indeed. The Kumari from Enterprise is 250 years old! The Andorians were more advanced than humans back then so I do like what they did to this line of ships. And the old one was a battlecruiser. This one is an escort.

they bend and break the timeline as they want anyway,
we have a Vulcan D'Kyr at Tier 5 that was ***** on-screen by a Constitution Class!
we have the Wells Class in-game... and it doesn't one shot everything either.

don't tell me they started to care about this stuff just NOW.

The Wells class and it's contemporaries were stripped of most 29th century tech and replaced with 25th by the Tholians, presumably because playing silly buggers with starships is a traditional Tholian past time.

Yes it's a silly explanation, but it's an explanation.

See, this justification is all well and good... But how then do you explain the D'Kyr or the NX-Class looking virtually identical to their 300 year old counterparts?

I too feel the 22nd Century "Kumari skin" should be made available.

The NX is an intentional replica made by engineers who were just that bored.
I got nothing on the D'Kyr. However, Vulcans being boring and stodgy wouldn't much care about ship design as long as it worked.

The Andorians are supposed to be militaristic and ambitious. There's little logic in them keeping the exact same space frame for 300+ years without any alteration.
