# 1 Account trouble.

Hello, sometimes I go into my account through the website to check how long I've been in the game. when I checked it said I was on the game for 931 day's 2 weeks later it said I was on the game for 931 day's and now it says my status is inactive. Why? I'm on the game every day, Could this bug get my account terminated?

The web statistics only list Days 'Subscribed'. Do you currently have a 'Active' subscription, or are you playing F2P ???

You won't get your account banned. It means that is how many days total you were subscribed to the game and your account being "inactive" means that you are no longer paying the monthly subscription. You can still play the game normally.

Then you will need to submit a ticket to get it logging your time again.
