I've had a similar "review" in the past.

Sometimes it breaks and doesn't work. So you may have to manually input it into your browser. I did the last time I had to go there for something.

You're looking for either the Contact Us button or the Transaction Issue link for previously answered questions.

It took about 10 hours of "review" for my last zen purchase. It went through fine. I didn't use paypal. Or an e-check. They just took forever to do this "instant" purchase.

You must be new to online transactions. If you're complaining about this, then don't charge your card online for digital content. There's a reason why these extra measures only exist here on the Internet.

here is hte problem i dont see a support link that is about this.
A) the credit card paid skrill ,
B) skrill has email verified to me that perfect world got paid
and
C)everything about reviews is about paypal
for the love of god i did not use pay pal i used visa ...

so there is no support for my issue...

i think ill just sit n wait ya....i know i got proof so im not worried....
seriously. and i cant find anything that shows this type a issue where technically and legally by all i se and know they have been paid. There is no pay pal use here , and if its a glitch in there systems someone ought to have a look ....im not evil man ....gee....just a trek lover who wants to have some fun and slowly build up his characters

anyhow sorry if some people get offended or upset just stating my facts an done guy i had to repeat 3 or 4 times I DID NOT USE PAYPAL....i never ant my bank linked in any shape way or fashion to the internet in that way.

i use the prepaid visa for this reason i put cash on it and then use it. Well after this i wont be using it here and form what guy said i would be descrimintated against cause of this anyhow.

ya know people should not have this happen. They should not be penalized for doing nothing wrong. ITS NOT my loss in a way its everyone's for us paying people keep the game going.

anyhow im gonna take a day off this is just becoming too much....and i don't want to get angry.

Of course the money is "remove" from your account in case it clears. I should know. I use the same CC for quite some time until recently I charge two zen charges ($50 on the same week) and they "pending" the 2nd one until I called the CC company.

remember that PWE is NOT the one handling the transaction. It is Paypal or Skrill. So depending where you are and recent transaction (especially multiple in a day) when it is charge to DIFFERENT country, it gets suspicious.

There has been a lot of Credit Card fraud, so maybe the system is trying to protect you. like I said, best to call the CC and check it out.

note: I usually use Skrill (which use "direct payment via Visa") instead of paypal also and I had to call to my CC to clear it.

Note: When I talk with my CC, this company ALSO process Minecraft payment. There has been a bunch of fraud running around and hence why MY payment was delayed.

Just be patient. My Zen purchase "via Paypal" took about 30 mins to approve. My guess is that it probably has something to do with the fact that I have been buying the Ultimate Game Cards for Zen over the course of the last 5 months instead of using PayPal. Most of the time, PayPal was instant.

Stop behaving like the most hard done by person in the world for goodness sake. Credit card protection is in place for YOUR benefit, to protect YOU against fraud/theft. Would you rather go to your bank one day and find all your money stolen by a fraudster and you had no way of ever getting it back? No? Thought not. And the reason that cannot happen is because of fraud protection. Quit throwing a tantrum and wait.

i had this issue yesterday going through skrill , i called skrill as well as checking my skrill account that i never had to begin with it was cleared on their end but PWE took 9 hours to process and give me the zen , My sugestion is to use google checkout or paypal those , google checkout is instantanious abotu 5- 15 minutes and paypal about 15- 30 minutes

same issue here but with paypal....I reordered with skrill and had my z in less than 5 minutes no delays nothing...hoping for a refund from paypal or pwe if that's possible have all transaction numbers and receipts if needed...thanx....if I receive my paypal z after the 24 hour period then no issue but im a little worried after reading these posts......
