When in sector space there all -2 i believe. When i went in kerrat they were like this.

Also my hull regen in sector space is 98 and in kerrat it was 98 but when in combat this goes down to silly figures like 25 or somit crap like that. So leadership is broken it doesnt do squat all atm on tribble as on holodeck i got from 100 without 5 human boffs to 200 with human boffs on my ship, in tribble its not past 98 so somits wrong there. I know they nerfed it by not having it 20% hull regen now but still somits really wrong and i really must insist that hull regen for them go up at least 5% if 20% was too much in your eyes cryptic.

Anyhow heres a pic of the resists being in the negatives. Not sure if just a text bug or if it actually has a negative effect in progress or not.

Yeah, seen this one myself too. I hope it's just a text bug. In system mine is sitting around -50% and even more with Aegis.

The negative part is definitely a display bug but also odd is I'm seeing much greater returns from armor etc... I dunno if its effecting game play but it feels like i tank better then before...

All resistance ratings on both ground and in space(system or sector, doesn't matter) are displaying with negative values. Not sure if that is working as intended, but does appear to be a display bug.
