For some reason, it looks like the Steam portion of the promo didn't activate correctly. Please do the following so I can have the Billing team contact you and investigate your purchase and adjust appropriately:
File a billing ticket
Include information about your purchase
Send me a forum PM with your ticket number and I will shoot it off to our Billing team
If you can't get to support.pefectworld.com for any reason, email firstname.lastname@example.org (this should ONLY be used if you can't get to support.perfectworld.com)
