Ok, I have a lot of luck to get two KDF mirror ships in a roll, but after spending this amout of 20 million of EC to buy keys, I have to buy more in the exchange (and someone buy with the RL money to sell here) or take Zen to buy something.

I really hate the entire lockbox thing and hated the cardassian and the ferengi, but I have to admit: The rewards is good enough to make the spend money for some time.

Both Cardassian and Ferengi so far. Ferengi is slightly worse then Cardassian one

None of the "rewards" I've gotten from any boxes so far were worth it. thats right not for $200.00 I have spent not even

5. What kind of rewards would you like to see in future lock boxes. more reason for the money spent something more for vets 900 day and up?
Since there is almost no difference between green and gold boxes they should just merge them into a single box type that only have ships (not necessarily just a super unique one, but possible also a c-store ship token or other tier 5 ship token), very rare consoles, a large quantity 10-15 doff cadre pack with special doffs, pets, costumes, unigue very rare birdge officers

6. Rate your feelings towards the following on a scale from 1 to 10, (1 being VERY NEGATIVE, 10 being VERY POSITIVE, and 5 Neutral.) 1 some of my rewards vanished from my bank my party popper for one as an example?

General:

-Holiday Giftbox 1 (because I wasn't around for it and they haven't released some of the items)yes
-Cardassian Lock Box 4
-Ferengi Lock Box 4
-Lobi Crystals 1
-"Gold" Lock Box 1 (ALL gold boxes should be tradeable)
-Master Keys 2 should be free to vets that is vets since beta!

Rewards:
ALL rewards should be tradeable!!yes
-Ships 10 should able to be purchased by 900 day plus vets at the c-store
-Consoles 8 (only if very rare unique consoles)
-"Toys" (Non-stat oriented playthings like party-poppers) 1
-Unique Duty Officers/Bridge Officers 8
-Costumes 5 (low because of lobi crystal BS)
-Pets 2 (should be combat pets only)
-Unique Consumables 1 (these shouldn't ever be in a box or should be in a "super budget box" yes!


7. What are your feelings on the Lobi Crystal store? What do you like about it, and how do you think it could be improved? give us a way to mine them! or a map to find them
The Lobi Crystals should only be a way for people to save up to buy certain box items that they aren't having any luck getting, and DEFINITELY should not be that expensive. if you open 10 boxes and get nothing but useless junk then there's something wrong with the whole thing. Having the Lobi Crystals still be a way of getting something you want for all the keys you've purchased would help eliminate some of the buyers remorse. yes definitely all of the above

8. What kind of rewards do you want to see in the Lobi Crystal store more for the money spent for the $200 i have spent already i should have more than three hundred lobi crystals don't you think?
holo-emitters with no time restrictions, very rare unique consoles (also available from the boxes), costumes, pets, toys, doff assignment materials


9. What would your Ideal lock box system look like. (Give details on acquisition of boxes, rewards, ect)
-Masterkeys are no more than 25 or 50 cp each
-There are other ways to get boxes without paying (A daily, maybe a DOFF mission)
-Lobi Crystals are in every box at a reasonable rate, but you always get another reward in addition more lobi crystals in the boxes?
-Gold box is a tradeable very rare drop, and are also recieved from completing STF (both normal and elite) along with fleet actions and events (Defera, vault, etc.). Only contain level appropriate rare or very rare rewards better boxes like gold as a reward for all replayable mission instead of common ones as a choice as a reward i mean like for the everything old is new mission to go through all that and only get to pick a common lock box or a rare console or phaser beam array what kind or choice is that?

The mystery boxes should also be reworked to have unique rewards specific to that box and should contain:

retain, respec tokens, ships tokens, bank increase tokens, ship slot increase tokens, invent increase token, and other various items of the same type. Mystery Boxes should cost 100cp to open and contents cannot be traded or sold on the exchange except in stacks of 5. Items can however be traded to a players other character(s).

10. Is there anything important that the survey questions missed that you would like to add-in?

Maybe should add a question on if a person has not done anything with the lock boxes what is somthing that could be added or changed that would make them interested in using the lockboxes
