I'd love an answer from someone at Cryptic about the damn billion errors. It's rediculous that you release a game that can't even sync up the timecard keys with peoples accounts so they can bloody well play what they bought.
This does not look good for longter playability. Why would I renew my account when there is this sort of BS going on.
Heres the lowdown....
About this time of night those on the West coast of America are just coming home from school or work and logging in.
Those on the East coast and Central are already home and have just finished there dinner and are logging in for there 5 hours of Klingon ass kicking.
This causes a massive load on the servers.
Now...there closer to the server and get priority due to there ping and causes players like me (from the EU) to start suffering server connection problems...and hence after a while i get kicked.
Then i find it impossible to log in until those on the west coast start getting tired and freeing up server space.
Now i have many friends over in America and my Wife lives there and she has no problem connecting at this time of night...where a lot of EU players start suffering connection and server problems.
Now...you don't see many Americans complaining and most of them just tell us to look at our ISP.
But please...do the maths before you start telling me I'm wrong...
GMT +8 (00:00), PST -8 (16:00) ...just as the kids get out of school and EU connection problems start.
Cryptic of course wont say this is a problem...But 1 shard just isn't enough these days.
Maybe they should do the maths and admit they got some things wrong instead of acting like most games makers and pretending there game is perfect.
