I preordered the collector's edition through the local Gamestop. I entered the key at the back of the manual into my account. This unlocked the red matter capacitor, a couple of titles, the ST: TNG and ST: DS9 uniforms. But no Constitution-class starship in my C-store.

I submitted a ticket in game just about two days ago. So far I have gotten no response.

Is anyone else in this situation? Is there anything else obvious I should be doing?

Did you ever enter the preorder key you got or should have gotten from gamestop? If not you will not get the Connie

I received mine from the c store, but then I didn't realize it would go to my inventory. So I went to to spacedock and talked to the npc ship giver and it wasn't there. Then I saw it in my inventory.

I only relate this story because others might have the same problem.
