Yes, I did read the dev thread about this. Yes, I did submit a ticket. Read on if you're interested.
I preordered the collector's edition through the local Gamestop. I entered the key at the back of the manual into my account. This unlocked the red matter capacitor, a couple of titles, the ST: TNG and ST: DS9 uniforms. But no Constitution-class starship in my C-store.
I submitted a ticket in game just about two days ago. So far I have gotten no response.
Is anyone else in this situation? Is there anything else obvious I should be doing?
