I canceled my order well before launch for the DDE of the game. Today I was billed for it and there is no way for me to contact them about it. The webform they use won't process unless you select items from a drop menu which has nothing in it. So all it tells me is that I need to select at least one reason from the drop down menu before it can be sent to them.

What am I supposed to do?

Can't wait to see more "billing error" threads on this forum. Letting my friend play until my 30 days is up then never going to buy another cryptic game again.

oh and sorry, I dont know about your error. Maybe try a different browser? seems odd that the drop downs would be blank. perhaps the problem is on your end, but i hardly believe that.
