Go to the main startrekonline page and enter your Retail Key. Go to the C-Store in the game to claim your ship. I think it'll then be in your Inventory. Double-click on it. Then you can go to the guy on Earth Spacedock and change your ship to your Constitution one. No, you won't have to start over. Same login.
