Why do the Torpedo's Share a cool down timer? What is the big deal letting me fire two torpedo's in quick order and waiting for six seconds for both to cool down? Is it because they don't want us to fire High Yield and then Torpedo Spread in quick order? IDK... It just doesn't feel right having them share a cool-down Timer when the Torpedo abilities themselves also share a damn timer together. Just saying.

I suppose they don't want cruisers and escorts with all transphasic torpedoes fitted while they put all power into shields and engines so they can tank like a beast and always turn on a dime.
