dont even have start quest....only repeatable that doesnt update

I cant get mine to update either.

at least its a step above before

we have the quest
now they need to fix the quest

I'm also having this problem, I get the quest for 360 skill points to go to the nebula, scan the anomalies, then the "defeat the romulan fleet" step doesn't complete after killing 12 groups. Sigh, and here I was hoping to be able to grind out 31 this morning to catch up to my fleet.
