A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Upon cancelling my subscription i was asked if i wanted to cancel immediately, naturally i said yes. I used a credit card to activate the free month but did not want to be billed for my recurring subscription just yet. My account was closed the next day and i lost my free month. This is a flawed process that needs to be changed immediately
I have gamed online for many years and never been asked if i wanted to waste the money i spent on game time and have my account cut off immediately, I feel like i was tricked. I will be requesting my money and free month back.
sorry to say this but there are 2 options when you cancel your account
1.to cancel straight away (you will lose any remaining game time)
2.cancel and keep playing till remaining time is used up
this i know as i also had to use my credit card to activate my game,
