feel free to inspect the html source for ease of copying if any want to format a list of their own, if you copy from the html source you'll be copying the codes for the special characters though which is only of use to html editors. Just pasted it straight from the game and threw a <pre> code around it. It's not pretty and I am not going to format it to be pretty. Feel free to do that youself, whoever wants to.

5490 characters total without spaces & html special character codes.
74515 characters with the spaces the game copies & html codes.
(numbers vary depending if you count html code for special characters or not, much less if not)
11000 max per post in forums. Would take a bit of editing but very possible to have it all in about 4 posts (ugly).

Edit: Luckily, I have have a leet editor for this sort of editing. So.. for those who want to format it to be pretty in a large number of posts or for their site or what not, the following 4 replies are everything from /cmdlist as of September 16th, 2011.

It is not in alphabetical order. Did the character counting and sorting into pages before I thought of that... so, it is as it is.

Be advised, not all the commands work as some were disabled here and there (power hue codes for example) and apparently haven't been removed from the cmdlist output, for whatever reason.

As were using the Champions Engine as the base for this game you will also notice a lot of stuff carry over to this game from that one. So if you consider yourself an advanced user you can pretty much relate a lot of Champions stuff to this game.

These commands are NOT the result of a "Binary Search", and even though you are viewing the forums to see this, ALL THE COMMANDS ARE VIEWABLE IN GAME.
