I know that this is a niche item, but for a weapon that costs 200 lobi it is exceptionally weak. I don't want it to be a super weapon, I just would like it to be an average weapon. Let's face it, as it stands it's probably the worst weapon in the game!!

What are you talking about? Ferengi missile is one of the better, worthwhile lobistore weapons. Its DPS without consoles and set bonuses is comparable to an end game purple torp

A buddy and I compared stats, I can't remember if it was a fleet or rep, pretty sure it was either quantum or photon though, and the missile did more DPS.

Also, with intimidating strikes, it's nearly OP. Then add 3 projectile doffs. Then mix that 180 arc with TS3 from the free JH FE boff.

Jesus.

All of a sudden I wanna go play with this some more.

I've gotta go.

Lies! It's the most awesome weapon ever! TS3 Ferengis! That do zero damage, but it sure looks awesome!

Yeah, outside of that small amount of childish glee experienced with a Torp Spread that produces a giggle...they could actually do with a little love to be comparable to other projectiles in their price range.

I suppose it comes down to whether it's being run as part of a Projectile boat or as part of a Hybrid Energy/Projectile boat.

Grav Photons, Temporal Disruption, Elachi Subspace, Ferengi Missiles
Hyper-Plasma, Tricobalt, Hargh'peng

You have to scroll way down on the DPS parse to find the Missiles...and when you do, you can compare their average damage to the others...and yeah...you'd get more out of a Biomolecular which you picked up for free.

There's also the issue of plac/confuse "invulnerability" timers based on being hit by any of the bazillion other things doing that. A TS of Ferengis into a clump of Nanites isn't going to Intimidate them into shooting each other any better than a TS of Chrons would.

I ran them with Intimidating Strikes and Sensor Targeting Assault in PvP for the folks that were good enough to get the Tractor on me after killing buffs/escapes but not good enough to stay out of their wider arc...and I didn't find too many folks like that. If they were good enough to do part of it, they were good enough to stay out of the wider arc.

Perhaps if they could be mounted Aft as well as just Fore, eh? Heck, I'd slap them back on the ship at that point...

The highlighted part. Never has a truer comment been made.

They're lobi items. They should be better. By that I don't mean they should be superior to other items as that's not right. They should be equal to other items.

I'm 100% behind buffing the Ferengi missiles.

Make it function independently of torp GCDs, let me mount it on aft as well, and let me buy more than one. That's all I ask. Why do you hate money, Cryptic? Does a ship capable of launching 8-missile barrages really sound OP? Cuz it sure as hell sounds awesome...

You should drain 100 EC from the enemy's bank account when you shoot them with the ferengi missiles.

I agree that they need buffed, but to be honest a lot of weapons in the lobi store are pretty terrible. For example, the special temporal disruption device is complete and utter crap, despite having a bit damage tag on it.

I likr to fly 'canon'. I can see where OP id coming from.
but... ...the rokkits are not bad. They arr just not a primary instakill-tool. In a D'Kora. my tactics is; hit and put boat in reverse/subspace jump after laying out a nasty green cloud of gas.
