From a scale of 1 (Extremely disappointed) to 10 (Extremely satisfied), what is your take of the game so far. Feel free to explain your answer.
I'm at about a 7 1/2. I love the graphics and ground fighting. However, things seem kinda "plain" when it comes to missions. Once I've done a few they all seem to "feel" the same. Maybe it's just me.
8 out of 10. a few major bugs that need fixing but otherwise i love the game. helps that i have a lot of friends playing, if they wouldn't be in game i probably wouldn't be either.
6/10. this is a pay to play game, so i demand value for my money which as the game stands isn't living up to it's hype. also needs to be more star trek and less star pew pew.
I would say about an 8. The game is great fun, but there still a lot of bugs and unresolved issues. My biggest complaint is there is absolutely no help from GMs or cryptic staff. I have sent in several help tickets and emails, with absolutely no response. However, I’m sure they are dealing with thousands of emails and I’m sure things will improve in time. I just really need some kind of response showing that there is some one out there listening.
I'll be honest it's too early to rate it. All I will say is I've expected worst, seeing my past dissapointment with other sci-fi based MMO's (EVE, Tabula Rasa, SWG). But I'm suprised as to how much I love this game so far. I'm not blind to the glitches/bugs, and I know they'll be patched up as soon as possible.
For now, call me a 5...it'll go up in the following weeks I'm sure
I'm going to give it a 6 for now. Nice little diversion, but I can't seem to lose myself in it like other MMO's I've played. With games like Final Fantasy XI, I've sat down, fully intending on doing a little late-night farming, only to look up and notice 4 hours have gone by. This game isn't doing that for me yet.
That being said, combat's awesome. Probably the best I've seen in an MMO. But despite all the potential this game has, there just seems to be something missing. I can't really put my finger on what it is, though. I'll stick with it for now, though, just because I want to see where Cryptic takes it.
