# 1 Zen amount
03-08-2014, 07:52 AM
Hello It's my first post on forum. I was looking for thread about what I'm writing but wasn't able to find so i create this. I have a minor issue (i hope its minor). When I'm log in to the arc site through web browser and go to ZEN tab, there are payment method and few option to buy a ZEN, but I don't see nowhere a what amount of ZEN points I will get for particular price, maybe its hide or it's problem with my browser or other thing, but i can't find this and that's important for me to see for what amount i pay before I pay. Sorry if I made mistakes in English its not my native language. I hope i write everything clear.

GREETINGS

I can confirm this issue.

The way I was able to see it was I clicked on the option I wanted, then clicked on the paypal option to pay and it showed me how much. The only thinking I can see behind this is for pricing differences around the world. If that isn't the case, I think that it should flat out say on the icons themselves how much each is worth.

From looking at the perfectworld prices below

€44.99 4,950 + 350

€27.99 3,080 + 220

€18.99 2,090 + 110

€9.99 1,100

€4.99 540

And the ones on the arc site in game are totally different them what you say and there none of them saying 2500 for bah bah price and it kind of over price really for 25 quid for 2500 think there need to think of prices again lol and also I was going to buy some but I don't no cuz both are different points and different prices for zen and I did some offers for free zen and didn't get any so hm

I think it's so basic; Every customer will want to know how much ZEN they are getting for their money. But it's nowhere to be found on their website (as far as I could find). It's very frustrating, and as masterkill2013 said, far too expensive IMO. especially when you see how much everything costs in the in game stores. thousands of ZEN per item.

There's a pretty well established exchange rate at 100 Zen = $1.00 US. And when I buy Zen (via the in-game popup with Steam Wallet), it *does* show the prices in $US.

Not sure where the difference is originating, for non-US players, but that might give you an idea how much you will get if prices in real-world currency are not posted; it's likely related to the $US exchange rate with your country's currency.

Steam shows in GBP for UK players, EU for EU players and $ for US players. But in Arc it shows $ for US players and EU for UK and EU players.
{insert features} were confusing new players, bloating the download needed to {insert action} and ultimatley not up to cryptics current standards. We're much better off without them!
