I am having a problem binding my zbox 360 controller. The main problem is is the game is only recognizing my left joystick and nothing else on the controller so I can only bind 4 commands. Anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

My Xbox 360 controller works ok with both thumb sticks, however I want to assign the buttons, bumpers and trigger buttons to various assignments, however I been looking at the various programs that people are suggesting and Im still kinda lost, does anyone have suggestions as to what I could use that would allow me to assign the buttons and what not, I would want it to also be able to work with an older original Xbox controller since I have a larger controller that I love to use but I DO NOT want to mess up the thumb sticks or interfear with them...
