I did not purchase lifetime for STO so I cannot make a borg. I would assume you just take the same options everyone in here has done for making a regular jem'hadar only when you pick borg (im not familiar with how the freed borg creation works)

Libarated Borg are humans only. No fun options to make any form of alien.

After looking over a lot of pictures for the Jem'Hadar, it looks like there are a few constants to the face, but (obviously) because of the actors facial features, some things fluctuate. I havent been able to find a GREAT straight on and great side shot for one of them so Im working from what I see in my head and the tools I have to work with.
The head ridge and spines on the top, along the jaw are the most problematic, also is the nose as you cant seem to make a nose where the nostrils are below the nose. You also cant seem to make the cheekbones more pronounsed, to make the area around the eyes look more skeletal like they are in the guy I found... he's a well known one but its been too long an I cant remember the name.

See the way his nostrils are set below the nose. Its a shame we cant get that to do that... or I havent been able to yet :p

I did my bio here:

Personally, I like the backstory... I havent watched Trek, especally DS9 in forever, and I never saw the last season (I think) of DS9. I remember shows during the Dominion War, but I never saw the end, or how Dax died or any of that.
Now I just have to try an get this guy to look the part :p

Bah, Ill just chalk up the differences to the new chemical the Federation gives him in place of Ketrecel White
Im thinking to give him a name other than a Jem'Hadar name as I dont expect that he'd want to be called the name the Dominion gave him as they abandoned him.

Just for fun, a little experiment: http://fenvar.lima-city.de/StarTrek/ExperimentofOdo.png (Yes, I know they don't exist, but since Jem'hadar are genetically engineered they could.)

The only thing I would comment on is that you need to stretch the head and extend the chin making the head less round. Otherwise its quite good!

After finally seeing some in-game Jem'hadar, I admit that no matter how much I tamper with character creation, I'm not going to be able to get as close. However, I haven't tried the KDF creator.

I'm going to def make a Jem'hadar character using these guides. They're a magnificent race. Though one thing I found awesome was Cryptic already has content out there for Jem'Hardar, just not in game. If you use the STO facebook app, you can put your face into a Jem facehole. One of those line up zoom and change your face color till it looks as least awkward as possible things.

This tells me that a full fledged Jem'Hadar race selection is coming at some point. Not just the parts.

This is what I ended up with:

I went with the purpleish tone as that was the tone of the guy I was working off of.
