Rice with soy. Some seaweed and sesime flakes on top of it. With a piece of grilled chicken and pickeled cabage.

Korean? Kimchi = yummy but I couldn't eat it for breakfast

no american. just pickeled cabage its a family thing actually more like sour kraut then kimchi not as spicy.

ah the Kraut is good stuffs. Just sounded like a typical Korean breakfast though. Got used to seeing that combo when I was in Korea. :p

Oatmeal.
Home made blend with cinnamon, hazelnuts and some millet flakes.
Ate it with applesauce.

Nice and decently balanced breakfast. Might go for the blueberry and almond mix tomorrow.
