Not a great start..
Join the club. I put in my ticket Feb 4th. The day amazon notified me the game had shipped.
All I really want is some response. I don't care if they close the ticket and say it's the retailer's problem not ours. Just some sort of response.
Maybe they need to post an ETA on the support page with how many days out they are on answering tickets, so people will know when they file them that it is going to get read, it will just be a little bit.
