Hey everyone -- new to the forums. Been playing the game for a few days now and i've got a few questions.

1) Why is it i can constantly request bridge officers from Elsa Mora and i never actually get them? I've only got

2) Is there way to advance through the rankings faster? I'm on Lieutenant 8 and it seems moving up a grade takes forever

3) i've collected a lot of samples (unknown alloys, radiation exc...) is there somewhere I can go to get some value out of these?
