So, the T2 escort ship is an "Escort" The T3 is a "Heavy Escort". There is a skill, "Escort Captain" that helps you when you are in an "Escort. There is a later skill, "Heavy Escort Captain"...
Does the Lt Cmd skill "Escort Captain" still have any effect when you move up to the T3 and beyond ships? Does "Heavy Escort Captain" help when you move out of the "Heavy Escort".
