That would be great. Most of the time I do want to see the information being presented, it's just that it blocks out half of what I'm trying to look at. In the case of looking at ship weapons while having your ship equipment out to compare, the screen is spammed with 4+ tooltips. If they'd let us resize the boxes and move them, that'd solve most of the problem.

This is one of the more annoying aspects of this title...imo of course.
