What the hell is going on. Please someone explane, coz otherwise i dont know if im gonna play this game, pvp is an integral part of an mmo.
you have to remember all we get to do is pvp so we are well verused in how to equip our ships for what we want to do such as opur consoles and weapons. On top of that we are use to usign our Boff and cpt skills. We actually look for the vm probe to be comming at us or turning our shields to take the brunt of a torp attack.

Federation PvP: Get in the pile and wait to be screwed. Sounds pretty fruity to me.
i frapsed my games yesterday, ( i play Klingon in Premade ).

37 wins - 4 lost ( T 3 )

and the lost ones were the same premade, we played against them 8 times.

I have a clips of them owning us 15-1 and clips where we owned them 15-1. ( but in the end it was really tight all the time , 1% saves on both sides ).

The real issue here is that Pugs have 0 chances against good premades. i mean 0 chances of winning.

Pugs are sheeps when a premade is in the other side.

I wonder what the Fed QQs excuse is in T5 when our carriers cant cloak... id assume they cry about the multiple fighters and drones flying around making targetting impossible (also means they dont know all of the games options = newbs, 90% the time pugs.)

Momentum is a big deal in the team deathmatch maps.

Win the first battle and pick people off as they spawn.

Klingons can recover from losing the first battle, Federation can't.
It is so pointless trying to hunt anyone down who is cloaked that generally no one tries anymore. All you can do is sit and wait to be shot at.

Other than that the Klingons are in slightly better ships.
Not massively OP, but the BoP's edge on the Escort is probably the biggest difference.

Not true, ive seen multiple times where Fed premade recovers from a initial defeat.

I've seen both sides recover, it's just a matter of knowing where/when to regroup

I can't find the famed "Don't target mines or deployables" option either. So according to you, I'm a newb who doesn't know the options. Luckily I know how to manually target and have been getting by more than ok. The only one that sounds like it could be what you are referring to is under "Options > Controls > Region: Space > "Never Auto Target Objects". Which has no effect on my gameplay. Neither does "Target Threatening Enemies First".

So please enlighten me.

Sadly I think the joke will be on the oh-so-wonderful and smug Klingon types like yourself when Fed. vs Fed. PvP goes in and your already long queues jump even higher. I for one am looking forward to that mode at least until the balance issues are hammered out.

But by all means, laugh it up while you can...

all that will happen with and if FvF comes about is that people like the OP and yourself will scream the "FEDS" are OP nerf them when you lose in FED vFED pvp.
