I agree. This definitely needs to be fixed soon. Their response time isn't always the best, unfortunately.

Has everyone bugged this? If so what was the title of your bug? I'm gonna go in-game and check my title, when I searched nothing came up...

We need to make sure further reports get filed on an existing report otherwise they'll take forever to see it...

I've been labeling my tickets as "Cryptic Points Missing." I also submitted one via the Champions website (in case there are different people checking each website). I recommend that everyone do the same just to be safe.

I have been trying to get my game stop constitution ship for over a week now. Multiple emails to billing support. No success. Well at this point i have that class of ship, and would have gotten the next class after 20 hours. So regardless it's useless now even if they get it fixed.

YOU CAN get your money back if your having this same problem. I contacted my credit card company and they told me to give billing an email and give them 24HRS to resolve and make right the problem. Which at this point would be to upgrade my ship. If they the credit card will refund my money, due to the special rule for credit card purchases clause. ( I have to return the game to game stop). So cryptic will loose that sale. So there are options for us to walk away from this, due to the very poor customer support.

Same issue. My CO points were overwritten with my STO points for some reason. I'm not even sure I can be bothered ticketing it, as I don't recall exactly how many points I had left from CO before this happened, and also because Cryptic has demonstrated they're perfectly willing to steal my money already with the TOS uniform issue, so meh, par for the course really.

I'd recommend filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but they already have an F rating so I doubt it will do any good.

I checked with the production team. A script we were running earlier accidently trashed a lot of peoples' CP value. We reset them to something vaugely sane (sorry, no 4M CPs this time), but it will take a few more hours for full restore process to finish. Sorry for the inconvenience.
