I'm just wondering, though, if there's anyone at all in the Southeast? I've seen one or two people in Florida, but that can't be all! Where are the people in Georgia? Kentucky?! Even Mississippi!
I know I'm necroing here, but I do believe I was here before you buddy.

I'm in Huntsville, Texas (and no, NOT serving time in the prison), but my family is originally from Mississippi, and I still travel there from time to time.

And I feel sorry for whoever thinks Louisiana is better than Alabama. The only good things to come out of Louisiana is some spicy food, the Blues, and... uhhh... well, not enough to outweigh the negatives. Like the rampant corruption in both politics and the police force, not to mention that silly Napoleanic Law.

But the rest of the South rocks.

I love the Huntsville, Madison, Decatur area! It's my adoptive home away from home.
I have wonderful memories of that city and I hope to be there again one day.

Reminds me of something that happened to me in Germany a few years ago. My Army boss and I walked into a restaurant close to our post. The only two other people in the restaurant were two German army officers and they were pouring over an unfolded map. I looked at my boss and said "If its a map of the states, you keep them busy. I'll go get help."

Not just any submarine but apparently one capable of doing underwater barrel rolls.
