Hover over the item, see hte tooltip, there is your value for it, anything over that is down to the greed of the vendor

Everything is worth what it's purchaser is willing to pay.

I'd toss it up for a couple million, there's no risk to you, and who knows, someone might have that kind of cash soon + be willing to drop it all.

If not, eventually you can change the price.

Considering I've seen normal blue ones with the same stats except only 2% crit instead of 4% crit....

Get what you can for it.

If being very rare gave better stats on the actually weapon, then I can justify a price tag in the millions. However, when it comes to weapons, the stats don't change based on rarity, only the bonus's.

Common: No Bonus
Uncommon: 1 Bonus
Rare: 2 Bonus's
Very Rare: 3 Bonus's

Each bonus can be 0.1 Accuracy, 2% Crit or +20 Crit Severity.

Question is, getting just 1 more bonus than a rare... is that worth spending millions on? Not only that, but it's just going to be upgraded anyways. And once it is upgraded, the person is stuck with it. Can't resell it or give it to an alt.

That was my issue with it, but the advice that I got in game came from a guy with over 5mill in energy credits already and he said "there is nothing else to spend it on other than uber equipment"

around 150k should be fine. ( that is considering the game is so easy right now you dont even need good items, because of that people tend to save cash right now for times it is more needed. and its sub-par to admiral stuff. you may get a lot more from hardcore pvp players/klingons though. )
