Looks like everyone agree's some EU dedicated servers would be a good step forward. I personally got about 14 people to buy STO here in the uk and all 14 complain about connectivity and most are veteran MMO players.

Yay! Way to go STO!

I personally don't want a dedicated server for the UK/EU. I, personally, enjoy "meeting" people from the other side of the pond. I live in the UK and work in France, the hours I work mean that I am sometimes online during the US peak time. It's quite nice to log in at those times and see a busy Starbase, makes the place feel lived in.

What I would like is increased capacity for us all to play together, smoothly and without rubber-banding and disconnects.

amazing as i tried to get a copy in small village of aberdeen(oil capital of europe)
game we have zero copys the grat gamestation sold out all the copys they had got in (2) finaly got the collectors edition at hmv.

after installing it and patching it last night 4 hours i was on it so far today. yep could do with a bit more sorting in places but its good the 4 hours passed so quickly.

so far so good.

How about you stop the mid day server down time to show us some thanks, getting sick of UK prime time downage tbh, there are plenty of other times you could pick, try mix it up a little so it does not always affect the UK time zone players...

Good news. Nice to see a Cryptic game at the number 1 spot. Must be good for all the devs to know they've got a number 1 product in what must be the largest segment of the European market.
