It has to be a billing server issue. It took cryptic about 30 minutes to recognize my new account name. Which is working now but still cant get the product key to activate. I started ths purchase process at 5:30 now its almost midnight and still cant play this friggin thing. Irritating to say the least
I'm giving up too. This is B***T. When you buy something you expect something for your money. Everyone who got a bad key should be compensated when this is sorted. I was looking forward to playing this and I'm sure everyone else was too. You can't screw customers like this. It's wrong.
