"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Anyone else having problems with login to STO? I get Invalid user or password, and I have changed my password once (back to the same..). I have also verified my email so there shouldnt be any problems regarding that either...
Check to make sure you activated your retail keys on your account dashboard. Note that your pre-order key is NOT the same as a retail key. If you don't see anything with the word "retail" in your activated features list, then you either haven't activated your key, or your key didn't take, in which case try entering the key again. If that doesn't work, then it's time to submit a support ticket and/or call tech support.
at least you responded when nobody esle had something of subtance to say. I'll wait it out. Wish STO customer service would do the same. By the why how do you know that? Reason being I see you are a senior member, maybe you know more about STO inner workings.
