# 1 Looking to join a Fleet
02-09-2010, 05:30 PM
I m fairly new player rank Lt. Cmdr. and have a Cruiser and Escort Class Starship USS Ghandi and USS Crazyhorse. Also have an older Mindara Class Ship. I try to play on a daily base if possible live in the EST Time Zone.
I m looking for a group adults ( i m 34 years old ) who have fun playing. I suck on ground combat and i guess avarage on space combat. So i m not the guy to recruit if you want to do alot PvP Battles, i don't mind them but really haven't done anything yet in that direction.

Other then that want to have fun playing the game gets sometimes lonely specially on missions where i could have used some help =).

Shot me a pm if you are interessted in a new recruit.

Greetings Stegi,

My name is Mike Lucas or Mlucas in game I am the one of the officers of STO and founder of BKB a online gaming community of over 2000 active members. You may wish to give our group a look. We are made up of a group of mature gamers, yet of all ages we are above all a “family style" group, without any specific time requirements. WE have a code of conduct that is simply but enforced.

Just a glimpse of some of the things we can offer:
1. We are extremely well organized, with over 12 years of MMO Experience in every major MMO from large mega guilds to small guilds. W
2. WE stress team work, respect to other guild members and gamers.
3. Fun, family friendly atmosphere.
4. NO DRAMA! We have a mature, drama free member base, with strong leadership.
5. Good size fleet, and growing daily
6. Members in several countries (U.S., UK, NZ), so we are on around the clock many who took out 1 year and lift time memberships so we plan on being here for a while.
7. With a 12 year history together in various MMO's, we know what it takes to make a guild grow and remain not only strong but more importantly enjoyable
8. A nice mix of folks who are hard core and causal.
9. Close knit group of folks who are willing to go the extra mile to help you out, and make you feel at home.
10. We have dedicated vent, ( which to insure the best possible team work is mandatory ),month newsletters, Weekly fleet events and a very active forum.

May I suggest heading over to our forums for more information, and see what you think. If you think we are a good fit, then feel free to contact me here, or register on our forums, and you can contact any player or senior member to help with any questions

As a representative of the Canadian Federation it is my honour to extend an invitation to you Stegi.

Our members are mature and practical in their conduct. We were formed by casual players whom like to have all the benefits of a fleet without any of the hassles of a rigid command structure. While we may be casual we are very dedicated. Above all else our fleet is about getting together and having fun with our members. The majority of our members are Canadian and American, but don't let that hold you back, we are open to everyone. We have a dedicated Ventrilo server for Fleet communication.

We currently have over 65 active, helpful members and are always looking to expand. We have divisions set up for PvE, PvP, RP, and Crafting so everyone can find something they like doing. Regarfless of your combat proficiency, you are more then welcome to come and learn the game with us.

So if you like what you hear, please come and check out our site. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me or any of our other fleet members.

Thank you for your consideration,

The Canadian Federation

Heya Stegi!

Just thought I'd talk about our fleet if you are interested! We're the British Starfleet Corp, I know you said you are in the EST time zone, but I think you'd still be interested in our little group, despite the name, we are not a British exclusive club at all, in fact we have a lot of US players and they have their own leaders and run their own events at a time that suits them. So I feel you'll fit in nicely.

Even though we have two different divisions for US and EU players, we play together as one and have a really friendly community and always help people out, chat on fleet chat and just generally have a laugh. I'm pretty sure you can find a home here with us!
If you’re interested, have a look at the site! BSC or you can have a look at our recruitment topic: Here! Which covers all the detail of our fleet!
