Government sponsered health care programs are the way to go!
It doesn't replace better quality health care.
Everyone is entitled to free health care, if they have insurance or wish to pay extra...they can still get better treatment! You're big shot pharmacutical companies are afraid to lose a few bucks so they lobby the republicans to shoot it down!
Canada's economy is doing great! Granted we don't spend billions and billions in wars we shouldn't be in either...so that helps.
