Sorry if this has been posted before. I couldn't find anything specifically about this after a search. Here goes.
I don't know about other people, but I find the ability icons to be very hard to distinguish between. Until I get a more instinctive feel for what to use and when, and of course have according keybinds, I'm still getting lost in a sea of ability buttons that all look very similar.
Having the Boff abilities separated into coloured boxes works well, but I would prefer to use the layout with 3 bars.
So I suggest either having the icons themselves coloured either blue, yellow or red depending on what they do. Failing that, have the option in the Powers tab to select any colour you want. Right click > select icon colour. In fact, I would prefer the latter option.
This isn't a big deal I suppose. But I think it would add a nice bit of user-friendliness to the UI, aswell and jazzing it up a bit with more colour.
Again, sorry if this has been suggested before. Thanks for reading!
I agree, the all blue interface is becoming bland and while they did a fantastic job on the l-cars interface, it isn't very true Star Trek. They should add gold and red interfaces/screens/tabs, and custamization would be a mind blowing bonus, but most likely not at the top or anywhere near it on Cryptics priorities list, but good recomendation none-the-less, thanks for bringing it into the light,
