I thought Shields were changed a while back to . . .

Adding Power to Shields - Increases shield resist.

Did they unchange it back to regen rate like at release?

edit: OK, just noticed it still lists AUX setting affecting turn rate . . . . why is this outdated info still stickied / not updated?

While I can't answer your questions specifically, I can offer updated info in my Ship's Power Level Calculator Thread (linked in my signature).

Edit: FWIW I Reported the OP asking that it be updated, at least to reflect the Turn Rate change to Engine Power.
