A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I can't even imagine what it's like for the even fewer Klingon players that got to General.
Until today we had nothing, now we have the level 43 Ker'rat version of the N'Vak Conquering Weapons of War (exact copy) and a Borg PVE T'kanis (basicly Kahless with Borg instead of Fed) complete 3 times for 75 Badges of Exploration 5th Order, sound familiar.
Do worry you only have to grind Ker'rat 3 times a day for 11 days to get 1 item.
Going to disagree with this and re-iterate what Sevensided said about this. Unless each faction gets their own forum separate from everything else, having a separate Klingon forum only reminds us that Klingons are an after-thought.
Personally, I think Klingon feedback should be posted in equal measures in all existing forums. So 'Combat' feedback, for example, should apply to everyone, and not just be labelled a generic universal 'Combat' yet imply only Federation.
What is your position with regards to the specific ship class forums? From my perspective it appears to be exclusive to federation only.
I would be happy if a bone was tossed to Klingon players that gave us a forum to discuss our ships as whole, no need to break them up by class.
I contend that this forum is just another example of the Klingon faction being an after thought.
I'm not trying to be an apologist or anything so don't come at me - but this was a seperate update.
KDF has a 45-day content update coming out. Seperately, there are raidisodes coming out every couple of weeks. This borg content seems poorly timed to us, but I think it was pre-planned to emphasize that they are releasing periodic content.
Personally I would have withheld it - but this isn't my game to make that decision about.
It burns when I post about how we desperately need open PvP, or similar, only to have someone post that there are more relevant issues to be resolved. I don't get that.
Then again, if I were the devs the issue would be: do I want to stiff the 90% of the playerbase, or the 10% ones? Our faction represents such a small percentage of the whole that we're almost a write off. On the other hand, I wonder how large the faction would be if we had a persistent form of PvP paired with a PotBS/RTS style of play.
At this point, I'd be happy with one sector block of open PvP, something I would have laughed at in closed beta. Heck, give us a t2 cruiser and I'm good for another couple months. Sad, sad, sad.

I agree, I feel the ship forums should be labelled to include Klingon ships as well. Or additional ship forums specifically for them.
In the meantime, I would say Birds of Prey should be lumped into Escort. Not sure how you would classify the others -- Cruiser mostly I would assume, not sure if anything would count as Science Vessel.
Not specific to Klingons, I noticed that the proc chance of different energy weapon types has been halved.
From those patch notes:
Quote:
The ability to skill up captaining the Negh'Var is now available in Klingon skill trees. Some space weapons tooltips were reporting 5% chance, when the chance was actually 2.5%. Disruptor damage resistance proc now works correctly
Therefore, not a STEALTH nerf. Possibly not a nerf at all.
