Not unless you're a Lifer. This refers to the upcoming Borg Epsiode Hub and "Raidisodes".

I know but if I saw the trailer right they are releasing the borg to the general public. So I'm confused.

Also Amazon buyers got it to i think.

You saw a preview of the new raids that are coming soon. Not a playable faction, which would blow because Borg do not have free will. And I would hope they are not going to release liberated Borg to everyone, as that looks like its the only reason anyone would logically buy a lifetime.

I think you're thinking of the Borg Bridge Officer that Amazon were offering to preorder customers.
