***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

# 1 Where do I go for Klingon promotion?

Was running around the Great Hall on Q'onos looking to find the guy for Klingon promotion (equivalent of the Admiral on Fed side) when the server went down. So I am asking here to maybe save me a few mins when we can log back in
