Progress after 10 min i got my character selected now i am on Retreiving maps.

got past the retrieving characters screen... now stuck on list of maps...got past that and started loading with a server disconnected message... now in...

I was having trouble reassigning my BO's on my ship during a mission
After completing the mission and warping out I got a long loading screen and then I got booted.
Now I'm stuck at retriving list of maps

I concur. I was on earlier today for about an hour-then the servers come down for emergency repairs. Figured I wouldn't come back online until after the 'scehduled' repairs of 3am -5am pst. Now this unexpected server down time, seems I can never play when I want to either...

I am also stuck on Retrieving Characters. They need to start posting info stats as to why we can't log in. If the need to restart servers, then say so. If there too many people trying to log in and the Servers are being overwhelmed, then say so and correct the deficiency. I am tired of having log in problems or daily 300 mb patch downloads every time I want to play. They do not communicate what is going on very well.
