No, no, I get it. I understand where you're coming from. I just don't approve of it. I'm quite familiar with the "But they did it first!" philosophy - I just think that if you want anything to improve, the place to start is with yourself (that doesn't just apply to PvP, by the way)

Great post, thanks. You might mention that RSP is not the 'invulnerability shield' people think it is, especially if you throw it up when your shields are already low. (Bleedthrough and torps are still hitting you.)

BTW I haven't met another person like @LOKI. I retract my statement of what I said before comparing WoW pvp players to STO players. I have met some pretty cool folks on both sides!!

I wish I would have read this post sooner. I stumbled here in frustration after losing every single Fed PVP I've ever played (probably over 30+ games). My last 3 game scores were K:15 F0. It's not any fun to always lose. I hope this might help others ... bu t I think I'm done.

Please forgive this rather easy question" Where can a Commander grade 8 Fed find the PVP sites? Do I need to travel to a certain system to que up? Or can I que where ever I am ?

I enjoyed your guide. I have played all kinds of games all kinds of PVP and it was still a good read. I have been feeling a bit bored with regular game play and I want to play against some humans now for a bit of a challenge.
