A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
On one of my officers skill screens the ground combat skills are not in a line like the rest of my officers skills.
Instead there is 3 in a row. And the 4th skill is under the 3rd in a new row on its own

doesnt affect the other skils or anything as far as im aware..
