UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
I got my promotion to Commander last night, stripped my old escort of parts, went and bought my heavy escort but for some reason it went into my inventory as an icon instead of appearing with my other ships as they had in the past. I right clicked and selected "equip" and the icon disappeared - my ship now shows up when I press "k" with my officers and with my old escort. When I go to the shipyard to make my new ship my active one there is nothing listed but my old escort which i cannot put any equipment back on for some reason. Ive already purchased and equiped items for my new escort but cannot make it my active ship - - I am relucatant to purchase another with money fearing a repeat of this ssame bug so basically the game is currently unplayable for me until I get some help.
I, along with many other people, are experiencing this bug too. I was never a hater of this game but this one might be the straw that breaks the camels back. I got admiral last night and i bought 2 ships - the recon science and deep space science and i cant select either of them! I thought the severs going under maintenance would fix it... i assumed too much.
There's a thread with a few people who are experiencing this problem. Ticket queue times are looking to be 2+ days at the minimum, and we're unable to use our ships. We can't even discharge/dismiss them to buy replacements (although for some, this is an unsuitable option).
I wish I had a work around for you guys. Sadly, I'm stuck waiting for a GM response.
Hey Phoxe, this is Keffer, Dkeffer is my wife, first we apprecaite your help but wanted to add we've tried a previously mentioned "Fix" by standing on the consloe and it did not help, feel free to examine her acct directly to see exactly what we mean, her new ship is listed as if it was an officer.
