I am not experienced with MMORPGs, and find many things very confusing. 
The online Manual is very limited. There is a third party wiki which is much better, but still I'm confused. The game needs helpfiles for noobs like me.
For example, where is the "multiplayer" aspect of the game? My missions have all been solo ... I thoguht that there was a significant cooperative aspect to the game? Detailed explanation of: Instance, Local, Zone, Team, Fleet, GM, how to submit questions without going to this external forum, If I chat in Zone, who sees that? What is the purpose of a fleet, other than a chat group? I've read what's available about kits, but it's not clear. "Kit" sounds like objects that you would carry with you.
