i have a char that is a captain and when i looked at my ship all the items on it shields weapons were half as good as the should be i went to the exchange and looked at all the items they are showing half as good so i logged on another char and looked at the items they were good and normal for that char si i figured it might just be a wording glitch so i went out fighting i do low damage and my shields heck it takes 2 hits and they are gone. i have paged a gm for 5 days no nothing i cannot even do any ship missions cause of this its like im in a runabout that looks like a large cruiser
